Bc the details matter 👱🏻‍♀️

Hey y'all!  I am like in so far over my head with all of our Holiday Marketing campaigns this week, but I have vowed to myself to be more active with my personal Southern Jewlz styling as well as this blog!

Do you ever feel like you're running 100 miles an hour but going nowhere?  Well, that's how I've been feeling with work a lot lately.  There are so many more avenues than when I first began this business, and while I love growing and learning, sometimes I feel I spin all of my energy to not even make it to the finish line.  When that happens, I like to get back to the basics.  I ultimately love fashion and styling plus I've been working super hard to get in great shape for my wedding, so I'm so much more comfortable stepping out in front of the camera these days!  (Look for a NEW Fitness blog this Friday, too) 💪🏼

I hope this helps maybe some of you young professionals or young moms out there.  Even though I am 29, I feel that so many people feel ask if I'm so much younger.  I think my energy, mindset and fashion all elude to that - but not in an immature way - but a youthful and fun loving way!  You are how old you believe yourself to be in my opinion :) I try to dress very professional yet very fitting of my personality.  Just because you're maturing doesn't mean that you should let your wardrobe become blah, because that's how you will start to feel.  

There are so many places that you can shop, whether in store or online, so I want to thank YOU for making Southern Jewlz Boutique one of your shopping avenues!  What makes my store different?  Well whether you've been with me since the beginning or recently been introduced, I want each of you to know that my goal is to build something larger than myself with my brand.  I want Southern Jewlz to be a FEELING: that when you wear something from this store you feel fun, energetic, motivated, independent and ready to rock the world!  Over the years I have gotten to work with so many women of so many ages with my business and I absolutely LOVE the network I have built as well as everything I have learned from each individual.  

I believe in small businesses, in my community, and I love to give back both personally and professionally whenever I can.  I believe success is multi dimensional and that a person becomes truly fulfilled in life with multiple avenues and I will be more thoroughly blogging over these beliefs along with the values this company stands on over the next couple of weeks - so stay tuned!  

Highlight of my day?  I received a text from one of our recent Southern Jewlz Brand models - Miss Haley Graves (Be sure to follow her on insta @haleygravess).  I've seen this quote before, but it meant so much coming from a beautiful and talented young lady that I've gotten to know and work with through this business.  It's like she knew where my heart was today and texted me at the most opportune time today.  🙌🏻

I was brainstorming on a NEW project (like I have the free time between running a business, planning a wedding and doing all of our Holiday marketing) - but her text reassured me I needed to pursue this avenue.  So another reason for you to stay tuned to the Southern Jewlz blog is to learn just what this fun upcoming blog project is.  Thank you Hayley for reaching out like you did - you reassured my intuition and made my day!

So in conclusion, like my title states, details matter to me!  Not only in fashion, but in my company.  The details that come together to make up the Southern Jewlz brand are the same details that make up my personal platform.  Just like the definition of a Jewl reads: A self motivated female that has no limit to her success level.  While she is dressed impeccably and gains attention, her confidence and dignity are the most noticeable attributes she possesses; making others feel their worth and beauty is her true destiny.  With love, class, and a touch of sass, she has the ambition and determination to set the world on fire. 🔥
